How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 24-48 hours for our team to professionally assemble and grip your custom complete orders before dispatch.
What is your return policy on used decks?
We only accept returns on unused, un-skated items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once a deck has been gripped or skated, it is no longer eligible for return unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the gear.
How do I know which truck size fits my deck?
We provide a size guide on every product page. As a general rule, the axle width should closely match the width of your deck for the best stability and performance.
Are the products on your site authentic brand name gear?
Absolutely. Kinetic Skateboarding is an authorized dealer for every brand we carry, from independent hardware companies to major labels like Santa Cruz, Baker, and Independent Trucks.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
If you need to modify your order, please contact our support team within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has reached our warehouse floor for packing or assembly, we are unable to make changes.
